Step 2: On the day of your photo shoot all that planning comes together. My job is to make your business look great. You and/or a stylist will be there to make sure the images look exactly like what your vision is.
Step 3: I will fully edit your images as quickly as possible, and deliver them to you digitally. From there you can use them as you wish on your website, Instagram, Facebook, email campaigns, or whatever else you need them for.

","what_to_expect":"My name’s Nancy and I am a wedding and family photographer serving Vancouver B.C. and beyond. I love love love being a hype woman for all my families and clients and 100% love celebrating them on their special occasions. As much as I take my work seriously, each milestone and occasion that I get to witness is a true privilege and it’s so heartwarming that I get to be a part of these moments! And often, when going through photos weeks after the photoshoot, I’ll find myself smiling as I’m prepping a gallery for delivery because all those emotions come rushing back. I’m all in with my families and clients.
Besides that, you can find me at home with the hubs cuddling on the couch watching Grey’s Anatomy, The Bachelor, or anything on Food Network. If it’s summer time, then there’s a small chance I’ll be out hiking with friends or a much larger chance I’m chilling on the patio with the girls, a sweet glass of sangria and a homemade charcuterie board (Cheese, bread, and wine? Yum!)
And if after all this you only remember three things about me, I want it to be this: I love Jesus, I love my husband, and I love my job, in that order. Jesus took hold of my life when I was 12 and I’ve never looked back. He is the backbone of everything I do, in work, in love, in life. Finding a good balance between home life and work life is always important and that’s why I gotta keep some time reserved for my husbabe even through that busy season! The goal is always to stay true to the people in front of my camera, capturing them the way they are, and to uncover the real and raw beauty that every family shares.

My question is, how can I photograph you in a way that preserves the warm, loving feeling of your incredible family? How can I translate your unscripted moments into heirloom photographs that you and your future generations can come back to for years, decades and even centuries to come? It is from this place of inspiration that I approach each family session.
My approach to photography is a delicate balance of organic emotion paired with gentle direction. With me, you’ll never be left wondering what to do with your -insert body part here- hands, feet, belly button...baby toe? ","what_to_expect":"My name’s Nancy and I am a wedding and family photographer serving Vancouver B.C. and beyond. I love love love being a hype woman for all my families and clients and 100% love celebrating them on their special occasions. As much as I take my work seriously, each milestone and occasion that I get to witness is a true privilege and it’s so heartwarming that I get to be a part of these moments! And often, when going through photos weeks after the photoshoot, I’ll find myself smiling as I’m prepping a gallery for delivery because all those emotions come rushing back. I’m all in with my families and clients.
Besides that, you can find me at home with the hubs cuddling on the couch watching Grey’s Anatomy, The Bachelor, or anything on Food Network. If it’s summer time, then there’s a small chance I’ll be out hiking with friends or a much larger chance I’m chilling on the patio with the girls, a sweet glass of sangria and a homemade charcuterie board (Cheese, bread, and wine? Yum!)
And if after all this you only remember three things about me, I want it to be this: I love Jesus, I love my husband, and I love my job, in that order. Jesus took hold of my life when I was 12 and I’ve never looked back. He is the backbone of everything I do, in work, in love, in life. Finding a good balance between home life and work life is always important and that’s why I gotta keep some time reserved for my husbabe even through that busy season! More on our love story later…But my number 3 is my work, it’s you. With each session, I’m all in. The goal is always to stay true to the people in front of my camera, capturing them the way they are, and to uncover the real and raw beauty that every family shares.

Experience a completely unique photoshoot session that incorporates nature immersion, breathwork, and embodiment movement. One of my specialty’s is making people comfortable in front of the camera, offering a very grounded experience. I do this through my intuitive gifts as well as mindful practices and breathwork. As a fine art photographer, I have the skills to capture unique perspectives, play with the nuance of natural light and accentuate you and your offerings with custom styling.
A taste of the experience…
We meet on site to set intentions for the experience and begin a meditative nature walk tapping into each of the senses. As we get into the present moment, I intuitively guide us to a sacred spot where we sit for a moment of reflection followed by a breathwork session to ignite the creative spirit. Next the collaborative photoshoot set up begins, playing with natural light, found elements and fabrics to adorn the scene. I then direct a mindful photoshoot, centered in empowerment, authentic expression, and healing among natures gifts.

My name is Sterling and I am a fine art photographer and mindfulness practitioner in the PNW!
Although I have been a photographer for 13 years, I also have a background in Landscape Architecture, giving me a unique sensibility for working with natural elements, set design, and perspective. After leaving the corporate design world, I spent time making art for myself with a focus on land art, the human form and photography. With this work I've shown in several galleries and enjoyed elevating human stories in their environment. However, I was missing that connection of working with people and wanted to infuse more of my mindfulness techniques into my process.
With that my intuitive photoshoot process was born! A truly unique experience combining breathwork, embodiment movement, energy clearing and art creation. This is the lens in which I work with all clients and they would tell you my specialty is making people comfortable in front of the camera, while capturing unique and artistic images. I love helping people feel good and at home in their bodies while graphically communicating their true essence.
