My style is about authenticity: vivid colours, bright tones. I'm there to capture the moments as they are -- not transform them into something entirely different. After you book me, I'll create a mood board to shape the direction of the family shoot (location, poses, clothing, matching colours, etc.). I'll offer advice on the best locations, but will always do my best to accommodate if you have your own location ideas. I'll get in touch via email. If anything needs to be discussed in greater detail, we'll schedule a phone call or a Skype/Zoom call.
On the day of the family shoot, we'll meet at the agreed location for the photoshoot. I always arrive early. In a two-hour family shoot, we can travel to up to two locations -- provided they are within walking distance of each other.
After the family shoot, I'll send you a gallery within three days for you to choose your favourite photos. Then, I'll edit and retouch those photos and send the final ones to you via gallery link within a week.

I live in New Jersey. I have always loved interacting with people and have found that I love photography even more. Whether through photographing my high school's football games, asking strangers on the street for their portraits, or covering events for my university's marketing department, I've always been behind a camera.
I am Pakistani by ethnicity, though I was born in the United States. I've been to quite a few places in my lifetime, but not nearly as many as I'd like (United States [21 states of the lower 48], Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Qatar, Canada, and China). I enjoy learning languages, traveling, streaming and podcasting, and a couple of other things. I have much fun practicing my Urdu, Spanish, Hindi, and Arabic out in public with strangers.
I'm currently studying marketing at university and plan on graduating by 2024 (god willing). Before 2030, I'd like to grasp French and Arabic fully and maybe get started with Sign Language. Experiencing the world through new languages is eye-opening for me, so naturally, I speak as many languages as possible with my clients!

I have a passion for creativity which has guided my career. I have moved from one creative spot to the next, working in the luxury goods industry as a jewelry buyer and then moving into fashion apparel. I've also received some professional training from Prairieview Photography Institute in Winnipeg, MB. ","what_to_expect":"When you book me, we will either meet up in person or schedule a call to go over your wedding day. This is the perfect time to ask any questions or to let me know what type of photos you want to see from your wedding day.
During our photo session, you will probably barely notice me! My newlyweds often comment that they didn’t even notice me during their ceremony and are thus a little perplexed as to how I captured some of their favourite images. This is the way I intend it to be, discrete, because it’s not my day, it’s yours. However, when it comes time for receptions, groups shots and after-parties I’m not afraid to get right into the mix. Interacting with guests is really the only way to capture things from their perspective.
While our photo session may have ended, our relationship is far from over. Once the images are ready for you, I will send them over digitally. You are free to share and print you photos as much as you like. If you require further retouching, an additional hour is included with every package.

Depending on complexity of the event, two or more photographers will arrive at least 30 minutes before the event to assess lighting conditions, check for optimal shooting areas and set up in time for your session. We will operate in the background capturing your key candid moments without any interference in your special day.
